RevealShield IT Integrated Tape and VaproLiquiFlash were installed under a stunning and modern composite wood siding.

Since the home’s location was right on the ocean, the architect wanted a water barrier that could breathe to prevent mold and mildew, and they needed a siding panel that would not fade or deteriorate in the harsh sunlight and moist foggy air. The combination of VaproShield with composite wood siding had been used in this application on many projects along the coast, and the WPS Siding Clip System made installation quicker and less expensive than standard façade systems.

RevealShield IT was easy to install and held up to the sun exposure for months before the panels were installed. Additionally, it was much easier to install than liquid-applied air barriers with the wind and moisture and weather constraints.
