PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Retail Store construction project in Miami, FL incorporated mass timber, a sustainable and environmentally friendly material. Over 20,000 sq.ft. of SlopeShield Plus SA, an air barrier vapor permeable membrane, was installed providing exceptional moisture management by blocking bulk water intrusion and concurrently drying mass timber through moisture vapor diffusion. Durable and tough to foot traffic and machinery, SlopeShield Plus SA can be installed on damp surfaces without the use of primer. It monolithically covers mass timber seams and splines and offers six months of UV and climate exposure, making it an ideal choice to meet the demands of todays scheduling challenges.
