3rd Avenue Burlington, the dining and entertainment heart of Burlington, Massachusetts is home to a new 27,000 sq. ft. Kings Bowl, an entertainment venue that combines bowling with dining, music, retro decor, and adult refreshments.Approximately 8,000 sq. ft. of WALLSHIELD® Water-Resistive Barrier Sheet was installed over Dens Glas® Sheathing. Multiple cladding types including brick, EIFS, and metal panels, were installed over WALLSHIELD®.Kings Bowl also used VaproShield's systems approach of VaproLiqui-Flash™ Vapor Permeable Liquid Applied Flashing with RevealFlashing SA Self-Adhered Roll to flash windows and rough openings. This simplifies the process because VaproLiqui-Flash™ is fully tested and RevealFlashing SA is pre-cut, thereby reducing liability.Windows and rough openings were flashed with VaproLiqui-Flash™, which bonds directly to damp or dry surfaces without primers. VaproLiqui-Flash™ remains permeable with a waterproof surface and allows same day installation of windows and doors.
