PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A high-end rental housing complex located in Minneapolis, near the University of Minnesota, 700 Washington was designed with students in mind. The building features over 30,000 sq. ft. of WRAPSHIELD® Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet which can help to ensure building longevity.
WRAPSHIELD® allows moisture to escape the building envelope which can reduce incidents of mold, mildew and rot. This creates superior indoor air quality to help ensure a healthy environment for residents of 700 Washington. WRAPSHIELD® also reduces high energy costs that typically occur due to air leakage. This can translate into lowered energy consumption and increased energy-savings on the part of residents.
WRAPSHIELD® is all climate friendly and can be installed in variant weather conditions. The product is tear, rip and puncture resistant during and after construction to reduce labor costs and contractor liability.
