PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Cayuga Place is a $30 million, high-end, urban mixed use project in the heart of downtown Ithaca, NY initiated in 2007. Approximately 17,000 sq ft of WRAPSHIELD® was used with the VaproFlashing Black for this open joint rain screen design under Trespa cladding.

The development of the Cayuga Place required the use of environmentally sustainable design and materials and it will be registered for LEED certification meaning all materials, and building practices are environmentally friendly.
