PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Both WRAPSHIELD® Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Membrane and SLOPESHIELD® Water Resistive Roof Underlayment were used together on the renovation of the West End building.
The building features reverse board and batten cladding, corrugated metal cladding and an aluminum standing seam roof. Liqui-Flash was used around custom aluminum windows and doors forming a monolithic, waterproof surface while remaining permeable to water vapor.
