PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Over 20,000 sq.ft. of WrapShield SA Self-Adhered Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet Membrane was installed behind wool insulation and terra cotta cladding on the Aspen Core Penthouse Residence in Aspen, CO. VaproLiqui-Flash was also used as a liquid applied waterproof flashing material for window and door interfaces.

The $25M, 10,000 sq.ft. condo-penthouse achieved LEED gold level certification.
