PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Approximately 1,300 sq. ft. of WrapShield SA Self-Adhered Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet membrane was installed during the renovation and expansion of the Crown Audi Dealership located in Clearwater.
Given its multiple substrate compatibility, WrapShield SA Self-Adhered was easily installed over plywood and DensGlas® Sheathing. The lightweight, vapor permeable air barrier membrane is tear, rip and puncture resistant making it an effective and reliable addition to all construction projects.
WrapShield SA Self-Adhered installed easily. The fully self-adhering product does not require a primer and provides a snug fit while still allowing vapor condensation to escape the building envelope. This innovative membrane helps prevent mold, mildew and rot from forming, supporting building longevity and good indoor air quality for building occupants.
