PROJECT DESCRIPTION
NordHaus is a Scandinavian themed 3.2 acre urban development community located in the Northeast neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN.
The project features over 100,000 sq. ft. of WrapShield SA Self-Adhered WRB/ Air Barrier around the tower’s many floor-to-ceiling windows. Phase construction friendly and ideal for projects with tight timelines, WrapShield SA Self-Adhered required less labor and installed quickly – saving contractors time and money.
Expected to finish by May 2018, contractors aim to achieve the absolute highest energy-efficient standards. To reach this goal, they picked WrapShield SA Self-Adhered as the ideal WRB/ Air Barrier. When installed as part of a continuous air barrier system, it can help to reduce energy costs for the life of the building.
WrapShield SA Self-Adhered eco-conscious building set in a high-traffic area. WrapShield SA supports efforts towards achieving LEED certification, was awarded the Declare label, and emits zero VOC’s. Entirely self-adhering, it does not require any primer, protecting nearby pedestrians.
